Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical, quantum, industrial engineering, and process engineering. Experience with AutoCAD, logic controllers, plastics injection molding, welding, Lean manufacturing, and root cause analysis is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize industrial processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Design and implement process improvements to enhance product quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Utilize AutoCAD for process design and layout
- Implement logic controllers for automation processes
- Oversee plastics injection molding processes
- Conduct welding procedures as needed
- Implement Lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations
- Perform root cause analysis for process deviations
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Quantum, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in process engineering roles
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and logic controllers
- Experience with plastics injection molding processes
- Knowledge of welding techniques
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles
- Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis
