As a Customer Service Representative, your goal is to assist our clients by managing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing top notch support. We are a friendly and down-to-earth tax firm in Encino, and assist our clients with their fiscal-related needs. Our services range from tax prep, bookkeeping, audit representation, tax mediation, etc. We take pride in alleviating some of the stresses that arise from taxpayers' fiscal responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Managing client phone calls and appointments
- Providing excellent customer support through verbal and written communication
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Handle customer complains and inquiries to provide appropriate solutions
- Keep records of customer interactions, creating notes in CRM software
