Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field preferred, complemented by three years of experience in behavioral health care operations.

Minimum of two years in a leadership role with demonstrated skills in operations management, strategic planning, and team leadership.

Proficiency in digital health records systems, financial management software, and data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on technical solutions to improve service efficiency and quality.

Experience with the Native American / Alaska Native communities is advantageous.

Required to pass stringent pre-employment screenings including drug tests, criminal background, and DMV checks.

Demonstrated commitment to uphold NARA NW’s sobriety policy and professional standards.
Work Environment: This role requires a combination of office-based and on-site work, involving travel between multiple NARA NW locations to address the specific needs of integrated mental health services. The position demands high levels of technical acumen, adaptability, and the ability to manage complex systems in a dynamic and confidential environment.
