Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Learning and Development Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Assist with data capture from the floor, assist in new systems that will monitor productivity, and assist in data needed to keep the cost model up to date. The position would be heavy on data capture, studies, and inputting information. This will also include monitoring data once we automate processes. This person would also be involved in reviewing tray weights and pushing operations for the heavier weights (QA does compliance with this, but CI would push for heavier weights per tray).
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals
- Facilitate engaging training sessions for employees at all levels
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to create relevant learning materials
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Assist with data capture from the floor, assist in new systems that will monitor
Experience:
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Proficiency in SAP or similar learning management systems
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis for performance gaps
- Understanding of logistics, demand planning, and procurement processes
- CI Background
- Background in food manufacturing

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Excel: 2 years (Preferred)
- Supply chain: 1 year (Preferred)
- Algebra: 1 year (Preferred)
