The ideal candidate will possess both a strong background in culinary arts and a passion for execution of service standards. They will be an energizing and engaging leader of a team of professionals committed to success. Working under and collaborating with Executive Chef Kerri the successful candidate will exhibit ownership of all aspects of daily operations the are responsible for. An even, positive, and mature demeaner with a pro-active, ready-for-work attitude is a must.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise kitchen staff to ensure productivity by assessing and adjusting work flow, delegating tasks, and utilizing our teams strengths.
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and development.
- Ensure that all food is stored, prepared, and cooked properly.
- Train kitchen staff in proper cooking techniques, recipes and standards as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
