Innovative ECMO Concepts is currently looking to hire a Credentialing Specialist! Innovative ECMO provides ECMO staffing solutions, education and training and works in more than 40 hospitals everyday across the US. The Credentialing Specialist works directly with hospitals to obtain credentialing and privileging on behalf of our clinical providers. Innovative ECMO Concepts is composed of ECMO Specialists and Perfusionists that provide 24/7/365 support of the Innovative ECMO hospital clients and clinicians.

Responsibilities/Duties:
Communicate with employees regarding document requests, deadlines, and compliance requirements
Order applicable immunizations, drug screens, and background checks
Submit documents directly to clients for provider credentialing/privileging
Preserve client relationships and remain abreast of credentialing requirements
Utilize ADP WorkforceNow, Monday.com, Adobe, and When I Work softwares accordingly
Maintain provider roster with client status updates
Correspond with clients and employees via phone and electronic message in a timely fashion
Comply and assist providers with ongoing client compliance, and assist in external audits
Qualifications:
Experience with direct hospital credentialing preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with customers and team members
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work on several projects simultaneously
Great collaboration and teamwork abilities
Effective communication skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Efficient in Microsoft Outlook and Adobe; we will train on ADP, Monday.com, and When I Work
Available to communicate, when necessary, outside of working hours
About the Position:
This position is classified as a remote position. The Employer may require that the Employee occasionally travel to the home office or other locations in accordance with business needs. Advanced notice will be provided when possible.
The Employee will be expected to be reasonably available and maintain a work schedule that supports the needs of the Employer’s business.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation range is $32K-$43K based on experience and qualifications
Health, dental, and vision insurance are provided by the Employer
Paid time off will begin to accrue on the employee’s start date
