A boutique civil litigation firm in Sacramento is looking for an Intake coordinator with excellent phone skills. The firm is looking for a friendly, experienced, hardworking legal receptionist. The candidate must have a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft Word, type at least 75 wpm, and possess spelling, grammar and punctuation skills. Must be able to work independently, multi-task, have excellent attention to detail, be deadline driven and be a team player. The candidate is required to speak both English and Spanish. Responsibilities
- Manage intake process by greeting and assisting clients in person and over the phone.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Utilize computer skills to input and update client information accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in a professional manner.
- Assist with front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and managing inquiries.
- Utilize Microsoft Word and other software for administrative tasks.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
Experience:
- Receptionist: 1+ years’ experience (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Filing, Front Office: 1+ years’ experience (preferred)
