Job Description:
Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care.
Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Educate patients and their families on strategies to cope with communication and swallowing challenges.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and progress.
Education and Certification Requirements:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure in Missouri.
Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
Prior experience in a clinical setting is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
