Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing mental health counseling, behavioral therapy, and direct support to individuals in need. Duties:
- Provide individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Deliver specialized care for patients requiring PTSD treatment
- Conduct outpatient assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Implement behavioral interventions and therapeutic techniques to support patients' mental health
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients, including pediatric cases
- Engage in data collection and maintain accurate patient records for case management purposes
Skills:
- Proficiency in PTSD care and trauma-informed approaches
- Experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and behavioral therapy techniques
- Ability to conduct individual and group counseling sessions effectively
- Strong background in mental health counseling and direct support services
- Knowledge of outpatient care practices and case management principles
- Skill in data collection and maintaining detailed patient records
