Job description
We are searching for experienced Service Technicians looking to enrich their knowledge and skills, with a company who has had consistent growth in the DFW market.
Hours are M-F 7-6 with a rotating on call shift and opportunities for commissions and spiffs. Your primary role will be running warranty calls and quality control visits with occasional opportunities to run maintenance and service calls as well. There is always work to be done (no slow season) so you don’t have to worry about that!
- Troubleshoot malfunctioning heating and air conditioning systems to determine the cause of the malfunction
- Repair wiring and electronic components
- Perform repairs as needed
- Check distribution systems for proper velocity, volume, temperate, pressure, etc.
- Determine causes and correct condensation problems
- Prepare and submit requests for supplies and equipment
- Experienced troubleshooting and repair of gas, electric heaters, and heat pump systems is a MUST
- EPA Universal Certification
- TDLR CARD
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Three or more years of progressively responsible experience working with complex HVAC systems and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Customer service attitude with excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- 3+ years or more service technician experience
- Excellent customer service skills
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and be able to be insured
- Well-groomed and neat appearance
- Able to pass background test
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
