Key Responsibilities:
- New Client Acquisition:
- Implement strategic plans to identify and engage potential clients seeking cabinetry solutions.
- Cold calling potential prospects.
- Showcase the unique features and benefits of Orange Cabinetry products through effective presentations.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their design preferences, space requirements, and budget constraints.
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Out-of-Office Meetings:
- Schedule and conduct on-site visits with clients to understand their specific cabinetry needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with interior designers, contractors, and architects to influence cabinetry selections in residential and commercial projects.
- Problem Solving:
- Address client concerns promptly and work closely with the customer service and product teams to provide effective solutions.
- Anticipate potential challenges and proactively develop strategies to overcome them during the sales cycle.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of Orange Cabinetry products, including features, specifications, and customization options.

- Base + Commission for the first 90 days, then 100% Commission there-after
