The Network Operations Administrative Assistant will be the first responder to incoming phone calls. This person will answer the question posed by the caller or transfer the call to an appropriate engineer or create a work ticket to be routed to an engineer. This person will coordinate all purchases of equipment including preparing requisitions, tracking purchase orders, delivery, and payment. This person coordinates all travel and events for the NOC team.
First line of support for NOC team. Required to answer incoming technical support calls before second ring.
Either provide answer for technical support calls or direct to appropriate engineer.
Record and publish Voice shot messages for qualified events
Process all requisitions and purchases
Follow-up on all Accounts Payable activities to ensure timely payment.
Primary Contact for vendors, keeps vendor information current
Order all items needed/requested
Manage NOC Team documentation for general team
Assist team members with general research
Produce financial and budget worksheets as needed including correlation, summation and estimating.
Keep office supplies in stock
Research customer information as needed (UBILL and GEMS reports)
Coordinate team and customer meetings and events
Assist new team members with getting items needed when coming on board with the team
Assist Network Operations Team with documentation when needed
Coordinate all travel arrangements for team.
