Provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of school activities. The ideal candidate must be able to manage an office efficiently, set priorities, and handle emergencies involving students, parents, community residents, and staff. This position is expected to report to the Office of Curriculum and Instruction to support the department's Supervisor(s). However, the role may be reassigned to another department based on operational needs.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum experience in general or school office work as determined by the Board
- Knowledge of educational practices and experience with business software packages
- Strong analytical, communication and human relations skills
- Must be able to enter, process and analyze data quickly and efficiently
- Must have demonstrated experience in dealing with confidential and sensitive information
- Must be proficient using Google, Microsoft Office and other business office software
- Required criminal history check and proof of U.S. citizenship or resident alien status
- Proficiency in Spanish is preferred but not required
