Job Description: Filos Health is seeking a professional and efficient Front Desk Manager/Client Service Representative to oversee our front desk operations. The ideal candidate will be our clients' and healthcare professionals' first point of contact, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from initial contact to service delivery. This role is pivotal in maintaining the high standards of service and efficiency that Filos Health is known for.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling mobile phlebotomy and laboratory test appointments, and coordinating with phlebotomists.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously.
- Maintain client records and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Coordinate with phlebotomy staff and technicians to streamline client appointments and ensure timely service.
- Address client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to maintain high levels of customer service.
- Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Assist with billing and insurance verification processes.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to do the invoicing to the clients.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare or mobile service setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using office software and scheduling systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Must be able to do multi-tasking.

Additional Information:
- This position is not eligible for overtime.
- This is not a remote position; the staff must be present in the office.
- Hours of Operation: 08.00 am - 05:00 pm CST, Monday to Friday
