Swan Therapy Group, LLC, is seeking qualified professionals to support us in our goal to help others and grow our company!
What we are looking for:
Caregivers that are looking to join the ABA industry to become a BHT or current BHT's. This will be in either a 1:1 or group setting. The BHT will be responsible for collecting data from the clients session and putting a report together for the supervisor. The supervisor will then give you a plan on how they'd like you to continue working with your clients for their growth.
BHT Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in group homes, schools, and community-based environments.
- Conduct individual treatment plans developed by the BCaBA and BCBA for skill growth and behavior correcting.
- Collect data to monitor the progress of the individualized treatment plan.
- Provide regular updates on treatment goals including daily session notes.
- Support the supervisors with training families and other caregivers on the individual treatment plans.
- Provide supervisors with feedback on the client’s progress on the program, and ask when guidance is needed.
- Participate in required and other job-related professional development to improve or maintain certification/skills.
- Become proficient in the use of EMR (Central Reach Essentials) and maintain client records.
BHT Job Requirements
- Must have a basic understanding of different types of data collection and graphing.
- Must be willing to learn how to use and describe the following: Preference Assessment, ABC data, Differential Reinforcement, Antecedent Interventions, Consequence Interventions, Extinction Procedures, Shaping, and Chaining/Task Analysis Procedures
- Able to regularly work 25-40 hours per week.
- Comfortable working with adolescents and adults 18+
- Reliable transportation for travel between various work sites.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a level 1 fingerprint clearance card. ( We can do this at our office)
- Must be willing to work in a clinical setting or 1:1 in clients’ homes.
BHT Minimum Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year caregiving, babysitting or nanny experience.
- Must have or be capable of completing First Aid/CPR training within 90 days of hire.
- Pass a full background check.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
- No Drug, Theft or Violent misdemeanors and No Felonies
- Fluent English *** Bilingual is not required but is a plus***

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
