BioTech Agronomics, Inc., is looking to hire an Accounts Payable/Office Administrator. We are a residuals management company that hauls all over the state of Michigan. This position will verify accuracy of and enter invoices into QuickBooks. It will also enter all credit card receipts into QuickBooks while watching for discrepancies and personal charges.
· 40+ hours per week, typically Monday – Friday
· Eligible for health benefits after 90 days of employment: BCBS, dental, vision, life

Job Requirements:
· One year experience with Accounts Payable
· Neat and professional business appearance
· Above average computer skills
· Proficiency in Quick Books Pro, Excel, Word, and Internet
· Ability to multi-task
· Basic accounting knowledge
· Excellent communication skills
· Above average attention to detail
· Accurate record keeping ability
· Able to balance work schedule to workload for some overtime requirements in the summer months
· Team player
