Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Daytime Manager to oversee operations during daytime hours at our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, possess excellent leadership skills, and ensure exceptional customer service.
Duties:
- Manage daily operations during daytime hours
- Supervise staff and ensure smooth service delivery
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for efficient food preparation and service
- Oversee inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Conduct interviews and assist in hiring new team members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in the food industry
- Knowledge of Pantry, Fry, Sauté, Grilling
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including fine dining and hospitality management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with inventory management and cost control
- Familiarity with interviewing and training staff
- Background in hotel or restaurant management is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
