_*The ideal candidate is highly organized and looking for a long term administrative position while being system driven with the ability to problem solve without having to be micro-managed.*_
_The successful candidate will have the following:_
* Ability to manage and organize files
* Ability to keep agendas on track
* Some construction industry experience
* Experience with administrative task
* Experience running payout schedules / invoicing
* Ability to obtain permits and approvals
* Ability to engage with internal staff as well as external contractors
* Strong communication skills
* *Excellent sense of organization and attention to detail*
* Excellent computer and customer service skills
* Resourceful and competent-- ability to accomplish tasks without assistance and sees tasks through to completion
* Dependable, reliable and punctual
* Track new projects and project status
* Communicate with Sub-Contractors
* Monitor a project schedule and budget
* Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and verbal instructions
* Ability to work with cloud based software, electronic files and print files
* Ability to be in office (part time) with dependability and consistency
* Ability to maintain an organized office space
* Computer savvy with accurate Data-Entry
* Able to provide general office duties
