As a Team Member of Massage Heights, you will be responsible for bringing quality massage therapy to the public through unprecedented Guest service.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Must be able to cover front desk shifts and work ALL PMs

Qualifications:
MUST HAVE MEMBERSHIP SALES and STRONG ADMIN SKILLS
MUST BE SALES-DRIVEN WITH A PROVEN TRACK RECORD!
MUST HAVE SPA CULTURE EXPERIENCE
MUST HAVE Working knowledge of Zenoti or similar spa computer software
Minimum 2-5 years of sales and retail management experience
Experience in managing hourly wage employees
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
People-oriented with strong Guest service skills and public relations
Industry knowledge and experience
Experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
Recommended Pay: $40,000 base salary with monthly commissions and annual bonus
Hours: 40-45+ hours per week, nights and weekends ONLY
