Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech and language skills
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to provide comprehensive care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
