- Job Description
- Experienced Human Factors Engineers/Researchers (by applied work experience OR academic background) to apply user-centered design principles to the research, design, and development of new products and features. The ideal candidates should be able understand the research topic and play a very hands-on and active part of planning/executing the study and analyzing the data gather in it.
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Excel (or Numbers), Keynote/PowerPoint
- Very well organized
- Work exceptionally well in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask between tasks/projects.
- Familiar with Human User Testing methodologies like surveys, observations, diary study, interview-style study,
- Key Responsibilities
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research methods and analysis of data and provide clear and concise feedback to teams in a timely manner.
- Define, implement, and execute tests and user studies to validate comfort and fit of audio products.
- Help with development of new protocols for user studies and getting necessary approvals.
- Recruit subjects for studies while being mindful of diversity & inclusion criterion.
- Perform basic analysis of the results collected during the study.
- Work closely with cross functional team members to deploy, run, and summarize results from the study.
- Prepare project presentations and communicate findings with key stakeholder and upper management.
