Schedule: Full-Time, 8:15am 3:30pm
Hourly Wage: $38-40

Job Responsibilities:
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with diverse learning needs.
Provide instruction and support in both resource and self-contained classroom settings.
Adapt and differentiate instruction to meet the varied needs of students in a cross-categorical environment.
Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student learning and progress.
Monitor and assess student progress, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Foster an inclusive and supportive classroom environment that promotes academic, social, and emotional growth.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience for all students.
Bilingual candidates are highly recommended to support diverse student populations.
Qualifications:
Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with LBS1 endorsement (ESL, EC, or SPED endorsement).
Bachelors degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.
Specialization in self-contained classrooms and/or ESL/English classrooms.
Ability to develop and implement effective IEPs.
Experience working with elementary and middle school students is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
