Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Alcoa Agency, you will play a crucial role in expanding our client base and contributing to the overall growth of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with potential clients, understanding their staffing needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients within the designated industry sectors, showcasing the benefits of partnering with Alcoa Agency.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client staffing requirements and offer solutions through our comprehensive range of services, including temporary staffing, direct placement, and benefits and payroll services.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service, anticipating their needs, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the internal recruitment team to align client needs with candidate capabilities, ensuring successful placements.
- Sales Reporting: Generate and analyze sales reports, maintaining accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably withing the staffing or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 5+ years of account management, sales and/or recruiting experience required.
- Industry specific (Engineering/Utility/Construction) experience preferred.
