Sales Manager
Job Summary:

Duties:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- On board, train, motivate and coach sales reps. to achieve their professional goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products/services
- Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the sales process
Experience:
-Experience selling copiers, printers, network solutions and software
- Proven track record in sales management or a related role
- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire and motivate a team
- Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales
- Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
- Excellent communication skills with the capability to present information persuasively

Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
