Job Description:
As a Construction Coordinator at Applied Digital, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination and execution of construction activities for our new datacenter in Ellendale, ND. You will work closely with the APLD real estate development team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and schedules.
- Collaborate with the real estate development team to plan and execute construction phases, manage timelines, and monitor progress.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, facilitating communication and resolving any issues that arise.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards.
- Track project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation and review of construction documents, including permits, contracts, and change orders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and inspection reports.
- Manage procurement and logistics for construction materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and proper storage.
- Coordinate with local authorities and utility companies to facilitate site access and service connections.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience is considered & respected.
- 3+ years of experience in construction coordination or project management, preferably in large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with datacenter construction or other high-tech facilities.
- Certification in construction management (e.g., CCM, PMP).
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.

Pay: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
