Location: Based in San Antonio, Texas
Position Available: Customer Service Team Lead
Key Requirements:
· At least 2 years previous team leadership experience in a contact center environment, supervising and supporting the handling of inbound, outbound and call transfers.
· In depth knowledge of call center operations and best practices of inbound call management
· A passion for coaching and mentoring others, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
· Deep understanding of ways of working that deliver outstanding customer service, and how to troubleshoot issues and solve problems.
· Previous experience in health/medical or insurance sectors is a plus.
· Proficiency in administering customer enrolments, claims and billing processes using standard operating procedures.
· Familiarity with software systems such as CRM (Salesforce/SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint).
· Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a distinctive plus.
