We are looking to hire a passionate restaurant manager to join the team! We have a tight-knit, energetic crew that brings many years of experience to the group and are looking for someone who shares that same passion for hospitality! We are looking for someone who has previously worked in the hospitality industry, prior management experience, is great but not required. Someone who is eager and willing to learn is as eligible for this position as someone with experience, so don’t be afraid to apply if you don’t have prior management training but would like to learn!
As a Restaurant Manager, you will have a variety of duties that include:
Recruiting, hiring, and training restaurant staff.
- Overseeing food quality.
- Familiarity with financial statements, labor and cost management.
- Great people, scheduling experience and leadership skills to lead the team.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
