Job Summary:
We are seeking passionate, experienced and educated Early Childhood Teacher's to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, possess a strong understanding of childhood development, and be dedicated to providing a nurturing and educational environment for young learners.
Duties:
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive, social, and emotional growth
- Plan and conduct activities that promote the physical, mental, and social development of children
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages children to explore and discover
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that cater to different learning styles
- Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Familiarity with Montessori or other progressive teaching methods is a plus
