Masters Degree and must be Licensed LCSW/LPC in PA responsible for providing direct trauma informed clinical counseling to a variety of assigned clients in Mental Health program at Family Services of Warren County, Inc. Reports directly to the the Executive Director and is responsible to provide high quality trauma informed therapeutic services to those in need. Must have the ability to work well with others, work within a team environment, as well as independently. Knowledge of evidenced based and trauma informed clinical interventions, and have the ability to implement those interventions with skill.
Clinical Duties
- Provide evidenced based and trauma informed evaluations and treatment to an assigned caseload.
- Maintain a caseload, review acuity level and triage all recipient needs according to clinical need/medical necessity.
- Provide group education and intervention services as assigned.
- Complete all clinical paperwork and financial paperwork for securing payment from clients and third party sources as needed.
- Attend agency staff meetings with clinical staff and/or supervisory sessions as required.
- Participate in professional development activities related to maintenance of licensure and quality service delivery.
- Maintains electronic medical record requirements and coordinates care according to industry standards.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
