Empowered Staffing is partnered with a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) partner that provides staffing solutions to a large network of US-based companies. In the last few years, they’ve grown to 300+ employees, and are excited to add a Sales Account Executive to their New York team!
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing new business opportunities to achieve sales goals and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and industry research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target companies.
- Understand clients' business challenges and objectives, and propose customized BPO solutions to address their needs effectively.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of the company’s services and differentiate them from competitors.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline, accurately forecast sales opportunities, and track progress using CRM tools.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in outside sales with 2+ years of experience.
- Ability to build relationships quickly with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $65,055.96 - $78,346.97 per year
