Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, operate the cash register, and assist with sales in a retail environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Promote sales and special offers to customers
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Ability to perform basic retail math for transactions and inventory management
- Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems preferred
- Bilingual proficiency, especially in Spanish, is a plus
- Organizational skills to manage cashier responsibilities efficiently
- Previous experience in sales or electronics sales is beneficial
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving diverse customer needs
