ROLE
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will serve as the front lines to grow MaidCentral. Through persistence, resilience, and passion, our SDRs drive business for the organization through email prospecting, cold-calling, and setting up demos.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the initial point of contact for all in-bound sales prospects.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as viable sales opportunities.
- Improve the overall quality of leads by supplementing lead and account data using online research.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, Social Media platforms and our online chat application.
- Schedule online demonstrations for potential customers with one of our Account Executives
- Communicate effectively the benefits of MaidCentral software to new prospects, highlighting how they can address specific challenges or goals.
- Properly utilize the CRM (HubSpot) by documenting all sales calls, meetings, emails and tasks.
- Keep up to date with MaidCentral's competition, market trends, and the company’s product offerings
- Contribute to marketing and sales content. (collecting client reviews, identifying case-studies, content for blogs etc)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Independent self-starter who likes to have clear goals and strives to exceed them.
- 1-3 years work experience in Sales and/or a client-facing role is preferred.
- Experience in with CRM is a plus.
- Experience with prospecting and online research is a plus.
- Experience in content development and/or social media engagement is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

$40,000 - $50,000 Base + Bonuses for meeting target goals.
