General Responsibility: To manage the overall operation of the child care center. This includes but is not limited to the following: Providing a safe, healthy, consistent, positive, caring environment to the children in your care. Supervise staff, implement curriculum, develop parental rapport, ensure maximum enrollment, and maintain financial reports. Be available to work in any classroom at any time based on the needs of the center. Responsibilities include the following areas: Maintain correct ratios, Ensure a teamwork environment, Oversee daily lesson plans and schedules, General Administration, Knowledge of CACFP

Must meet state education and licensing requirements minimum- 3 years verifiable full-time paid employment in a licensed or certified child-care program.
Must have at least one year experience in staff supervision and child-care program administration. Must have recent, or be willing to undergo, CPR and First Aid certification TB skin test CAN and background checks
