THE OPPORTUNITY
Silke is currently hiring an Office Administrator who is skilled and motivated to grow with us! The successful candidate must be a skilled administrative professional, a quick learner, operate independently and with a team, and who has the right combination of administrative, bookkeeping, and customer service skills with a solid attention to coordination and detail.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Responsible for key office administrative tasks including day-to-day coordination, inventory, supplies, and other tasks.

Bookkeeping duties, including A/R-Collection, data entry, and posting daily deposit (will train)

Receptionist duties for walk-in and in-bound phone activity
- Work with sales team with quotes and invoicing.

Coordinate work orders for technicians and sales team.

Responsible for inbound receiving, and coordination of packaging preparation and shipping orders to customers (ability to lift 40 lbs.).

Coordination of shop inventory and ordering.

Other duties as assigned by management.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

3+ years of related administrative and bookkeeping experience.

Must have minimum 2 consecutive years at the same job the last 5 years.

NetSuite experience is a plus, but not required, we will train.

Proficient experience using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised.

Provide exemplary customer service both internally and with customers.

Quick learner who operates independently and with a larger team, and has the right combination of attention to detail, willingness to learn, and operates with emotional intelligence and agility.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The salary for this position is $23.50 Hrly—to be paid under FLSA as a Non-exempt PT employee.
