Thrive Therapeutic Services is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who will help us continue to progress toward our mission as an agency. That mission is to facilitate the healing of historically and systemically marginalized people who want, and deserve, an improved quality of life. We provide culturally relevant individual, family, and group psychotherapy as well as social-emotional trauma-focused training for educators. The change we aim to make in this world is to increase community access to high-quality, timely, consistent, and effective mental health therapy.
Who We Are
Thrive Therapeutic Services is a community-focused mental health agency dedicated to nurturing a culture where everyone is empowered to show up to work as their full, authentic selves. Our team works remotely, though not to be confused with an “online therapy” space. We are a real life team.
At Thrive, employee well-being is paramount. When you are authentically and tangibly supported at work, you are better able to show up for yourself, family, friends, and clients. Here, both your professional and personal lives matter.
*Please Note: We are not a non-profit.
What We Believe In
Transparency – We value and honor transparency at all levels, from admins and clinicians to our Chief. Here at Thrive our communication is open, often, and thoughtfully honest.
Growth Mindset - We challenge our limiting beliefs, biases, prejudices, and habits to create the world we want to live in. We remain students of life and seek personal growth.
Personal Responsibility - We are brave enough to admit when we’re wrong or when we’ve made mistakes. We take the initiative to correct the issue. We are here to own our individual part in all co-created messes AND masterpieces.
Liberation – We do not live to work; we work in our calling so that we can fully live! When it comes to our team, we support and guide; we do not micromanage. You are empowered to appropriately and timely meet your deadline requirements on a schedule that works for you, the agency, and your clients.
Increased Joy = Increased Income - Healing the world and making money can both be joyful pursuits. When we’re aligned as a team, creating impact and having success come easily. We pay hourly because we believe if you bill more, you should earn more.
Equity, Inclusion and Justice - We believe Black Lives Matter, Women's Rights are Human Rights, No Human Is Illegal, Love Is Love, Kindness Above All Else, Vaccines Save Lives... you get the idea. Diversity and inclusion here is intentional. We believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace makes our impact stronger; we care about incorporating unique perspectives and experiences throughout every level of our agency.
