An MSO located on the east coast is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join their team for a 6 month contract!
Pay: $30.00 / hourly
Onboarding Specialist Opportunity:
- Full-time, 6 month contract opportunity
- Monday - Friday
- Candidates living in EST preferred
Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to administer and support employee onboarding process through collection of new hire documents and ensuring the new hires are moving along the process, including processing of e-I9’s for all new employees.
- Timely and accurate data entry of a high volume of diverse information and employee data changes including new hires, terminations, salary changes, status changes and all other employment data transactions.
- Provide day-to-day support for HRIS-Payroll such as user permission set up, data entry, data corrections and auditing for data integrity.
- Process new employee background, drug, reference, and employment verification checks by submitting online investigation requests through vendor and reporting results back to department manager, HRBP and hiring managers.
Onboarding Specialist Requirements:
- Associates degree
- 1-2 years of work experience in HRIS/Payroll role
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) required
- ConnectWise or ticketing system experience is a plus
- General understanding of Payroll, Timekeeping, and Wage & Hour concepts
