We are a custom plastic injection molding company conveniently located in Corona, CA. TNT Plastic Molding is a rapidly growing company. This position is responsible for mixing, drying resins and filling material hoppers on each molding machine with correct material and color. Ensures minimum quantities of raw materials are available; prepares cleans material hoppers, driers and grinders for each job.
Duties
· Works from written or verbal instructions and/or follows established routine
· Accepts product from lines according to established orderly methods
· Receive UPS and confirm its destination and create packing slip for product
· Creates schedule for the use of material and components at the machines
· Follows Materials Manager direction and assignments
· Performs cycle counts and assists in reconciliation
· Uses warehouse hand tools, such as a knife, shears, box stapler, tape gun, etc.
· Operates material handling equipment (forklift, order-picker, pallet-jacks) in a safe and responsible manner to pick up, unload, move, place, and deliver material/components
· Operates electronic weigh/counting scales
· Manually loads, unloads and re-positions material
· Operates within the current company computer system, evaluating, verifying, and inputting data, while printing reports, documents, and labels
· Maintains records, logs, files, and reports to meet the needs of departments and internal customers
· Marks paperwork and cartons/pallets with accurate quantities, dates, unit of measure, charges, initials, and notes where applicable
· Pulls, packs, wraps, stores, and identifies product safely, accurately, and in a timely manner
· Conduct daily inventory, then report the status to Purchasing Manager
- Create packing slips and process shipments (UPS, FedEx, Will-Call & LTL shipments) as needed
· Performs routine maintenance of equipment
· Warehouse Attendant will be responsible for the following:
o Maintain current system of identified locations, i.e., W001-A, etc.
o Maintain all bulk raw materials in gaylords, bags on pallets, and super sacks in W#3
o Maintain all WIP materials in W#1 or W#2
o Mix all barrel blended materials and issue material to the production floor
o Assist in covering other shifts when there are attendance issues
o Issue weekend material by COB Friday
o Utilizing Scanners and/or Real Time, all material issued by the Warehouse Attendant shall be immediately transacted
· Expected to communicate with the Purchasing Manager and/or Receiving Supervisor, issues regarding materials
· Great attendance expected and crucial to the success of the individual filling this role
· Responsible for the proper labeling of raw materials
· Responsible for the proper blending of materials as required by the customer
· Expect to notify Supervisor when related equipment malfunctions
· Resins, both virgin and regrind, are handled and mixed in such a manner to eliminate and never contribute to any type of contamination

Schedule:
· 1st Shift (6:45 AM - 3:15 PM) Monday - Friday (some weekends available)
