**Job Summary:**
As a dishwasher, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in our kitchen. You will be responsible for washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as ensuring a clean and organized work area. Your attention to detail and efficiency will contribute to the smooth operation of our kitchen and overall guest satisfaction. **Responsibilities:**
1. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashing equipment.
2. Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas.
3. Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage in accordance with sanitation guidelines.
4. Clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, including countertops, sinks, and floors.
5. Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the dishwashing area at all times.
7. Follow proper safety and sanitation procedures to prevent accidents and ensure food safety.
8. Cooperate with other kitchen staff and communicate effectively to maintain a smooth workflow.
**Qualifications:**
- Prior experience as a dishwasher or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

- Monday to Friday
