Wellness Coordinator qualities and characteristics:
- Energetic
- Multi-tasking to manage clinic phone calls
- Greet guests
- Assist new patient's in completing required paperwork
- Educate patient's about wellness and our services
- Most importantly, SELL MEMBERSHIPS.
- Must be computer savvy with Microsoft Office and to complete transactions using point of sale software, and
- Ensure all member accounts are current and accurate.
- Commit to continuous training to enhance and hone skill sets.
Wellness Coordinator Requirements
- Minimum requirements High School diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
- Cheerful demeanor.
- Dedication to high quality service.
- Maintain a professional appearance and appropriate attire.
- Able to use office equipment; computer, scanner, fax, and phone system.
- Able to maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of work space.
Wellness Coordinator Schedules: Part time is 3 days a week and Full time is 4 days a week (full day shifts). Weekend and Evening availability is required.
Wellness Coordinator Locations: Bunker Hill, Galleria, Heights, Hwy 290 & 34th, Meyerland, Midtown, and River Oaks
Wellness Coordinator Pay Structure: After training is complete, Wellness Coordinators have a base pay + bonuses on sales made. The more you sale, the more you make!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $13.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 29 – 36 per week
