Job Title: Maintenance Helper – (GAO)
Job Summary: EMCOR Government Services is seeking a Maintenance Helper in Washington, DC. This position is covered by the CBA for Local 99.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform all assigned duties under the immediate supervision of the Chief Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor or any other employee designated by the Employer.

Physical Demands:
- Frequently lifts, carries, and sets up equipment that weighs 20 pounds. Occasionally may lift items up to 50 pounds. Work is performed inside and outside and is usually dirty, greasy, and potentially strong fumes.
