Wears proper sanitary protective gear at all times.
- Promotes proper sanitation and safety for guests and employees at all times.
- Observes proper food handling techniques as required by hotel and health department.
- Washes all dishes, glasses, utensils and pans as they are returned to the dishwashing area.
- Makes sure the temperature of the wash and rinse cycle are reaching the correct levels for proper sanitation.
- Changes the water in dish machine three times per shift per manufacturer’s instructions.
- Keeps the dish area free of debris. Empties all trash cans and sees that liners are replaced.
- Stocks all china and glassware in their designated areas.
- Replaces all clean utensils in their appropriate barrel.
- Avoids breakage.
- Assists in recycling per company guidelines.
- Maintains good personal hygiene habits.
- Follows all company policies as they relate to pertinent areas.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
