American Leadership Academy-Monroe (K-8) is accepting applications for a Registrar for the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Manage student enrollment, registration, and withdrawals, and report on enrollment weekly.
- Maintain student records and update data in Student Information System. (Power School)
- Work alongside Academic Counselor to ensure accuracy of student schedules.
- Responding to inquiries from incoming students and families regarding registration and enrollment.
- Reviewing student files for accuracy and ensuring all necessary documents are obtained for compliance purposes.
- Assisting with collecting, recording, verifying and distributing reports on enrollment and grades.
- As needed, responding to records requests from other school districts and ensuring records are transmitted appropriately.
- Track and reconcile attendance submissions.
- Assist with campus tours for prospective families.
