As a Customer Service Representative Lead at Anton’s Cleaners - you will be the first person that customers meet when they enter the store. You will be responsible for keeping accounts up to date, answering questions, and ensuring a 5-star experience each visit.
Our customer service representatives are the face of Anton’s – providing a welcoming environment for our customers.
In this role you will oversee the front end of a dry cleaner, process dry cleaning orders, sign up new customers, explain new services, retrieve orders, tender payment, answer phones, and train new employees. You will directly report to the district area supervisor.

Skills Required:
- 2 Years management experience in a customer service role
- Strong people skills – you are approachable, a good listener, and empathetic
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to communicate well and adhere to company standards and policies
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to work in a fast-paced enviornment
Preferred Skills (not required):
- Previous experience working in Dry Cleaning/Laundry
- Desire to learn about our processes and grow within the organization

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
