Responsibilities:-
Assure product, supplies, and labor costs are sustained and tracked for accuracy
- Train and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure high levels of performance and hire new team members
- Evaluate and regularly report on guest satisfaction and advise on improvements
- Ensure the smooth and successful operation of the hotel’s food and beverage department including menu development, staff oversight, customer service, budget, and schedule
- Write and implement departmental operation schedules
Qualifications:-
Experience with hospitality customer relationship management systems preferred
- Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
- Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
- Exhibits strong leadership and customer service skills
- Must have a food handling license
