As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of facilities maintenance activities and projects. Your role will involve the execution of maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting across various building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical.
System Monitoring and Maintenance: Operate and monitor various building systems, such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, to ensure proper functionality and performance.
Work Order Execution: Performance of ongoing preventative and repair response work orders assigned by the Senior Maintenance Technician, ensuring timely completion and proper documentation of tasks performed.
Tool and Equipment Management: Support the maintenance and organization of tools and equipment, ensuring they are cleaned, calibrated, and stored appropriately.
Safety and compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. Report any potential hazards to senior maintenance technicians.
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders including facilities management team, senior maintenance technicians and other operating engineers, and cross-functional departments to effectively address operational needs and resolve maintenance issues.
Job Requirements, certifications, and licenses:
High School diploma or GED equivalent, with two years of trades schooling in electrical system design, refrigeration, and HVAC
