Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Paralegal to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a very detail-oriented individual with a passion for working with clients and their families. This position can evolve into a hybrid work model after probationary training period of six weeks.
Responsibilities:
Document preparation of trusts and wills
Trust funding -working with clients, financial advisors, financial institutions and the attorney
Utilize document management systems to track and update case information.
Handle administrative tasks including preparing for client appointments and client-wide annual programs, attending client signings of documents and maintaining client files.
Frequent client contact in the Denver and NOCO communities. Occasional travel to NOCO during the year for appointments and client wide programs.
Requirements:
-Paralegal certification required. Please do not apply without current certification
-Prior experience in the area of financial services or trust funding would be a plus
- Strong spelling and proof reading skills
- Experience with document automation and Dropbox
- Microsoft 365 skills required.
