Job Summary
This position resides in a department that manages a strategic benefit data management partnership with an outside TPA. Each ‘Account Manager’ is assigned a specific group of clients to maintain, as well as a variety of assigned tasks relating to the management of this partnership, in general, and everything related. The department is heavily involved in benefit data management as well as electronic file exchanges.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for managing all related processes and procedures for assigned clients.
- Manage the Input and Output processes for client's Electronic Files
- Manage various reporting requirements. This includes creating the reports, reviewing them and remitting them to the client(s).
- Manage various routine system programs and files.
- Monitor systems used to process forms and files to ensure processes run timely.
- Manage client’s annual renewals. This entails confirming any coverage option changes, rate changes and related system updates that may need to be performed to accommodate renewal changes.
- Respond to any client e-mail inquiries.
- Update and file documented procedures as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Must be experienced with Microsoft Excel and/or data analysis or spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word
- 1+ year(s) experience in data analysis.
- Good interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with a team or independently to solve challenging problems
- Ability to multi-task is essential.
- Attention to detail
- Participate in team activities to identify problems and improve work processes
- Must be able to type a minimum of 45 wpm.
- Bilingual required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
