Minuteman Press Miramar is seeking candidates for a position as a Customer Service Rep / Graphic Designer. This position will be responsible for assisting our customers via telephone, email, and in person at our office with their print, promotional and design projects.
You will be doing some graphic design, prepress, submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders. We are a cohesive team, and need another experienced candidate to also help with digital printing, light bindery, and any other tasks needed to ensure we continue to have happy customers. We are PC based, using the Adobe design software.
You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers.

Requirements:
- Experience with Graphic Design (Adobe Cloud)
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
- Work both independently and as a member of a team, from concept to completion.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Professional Appearance and Attitude.
- General shop cleaning
- Print shop experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
