American Leadership Academy-Monroe (K-8) is accepting applications for a Registrar for the 2024-2025 school year. Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.
Duties include, but are not limited to:

Manage student enrollment, registration, and withdrawals, and report on enrollment weekly.

Maintain student records and update data in Student Information System. (Power School)

Work alongside Academic Counselor to ensure accuracy of student schedules.
-
Responding to inquiries from incoming students and families regarding registration and enrollment.
-
Reviewing student files for accuracy and ensuring all necessary documents are obtained for compliance purposes.

Assisting with collecting, recording, verifying and distributing reports on enrollment and grades.

As needed, responding to records requests from other school districts and ensuring records are transmitted appropriately.

Track and reconcile attendance submissions.

Assist with campus tours for prospective families.
