Come join the Red and White Fleet family and be an ambassador to our great city. Welcome guests --locals and distant travelers, as they come aboard our vessels for the quintessential San Francisco experience, cruising along the city front, under the Golden Gate Bridge, and right up close to Alcatraz. We're looking for friendly, kind, and outgoing individuals to help us in two key roles, onboard bartender and onsite guest services; we cross train much of our staff to provide schedule flexibility. The ideal candidate can help us with bartending onboard our vessels and with onsite sales onshore.
We are primarily a sightseeing company, serving visitors to narrated tours around San Francisco Bay, but we also do private charters and special events such as 4th of July Fireworks, SailGP, and Fleet Week. Bartending aboard our vessels can vary from being a snack bar attendant to serving hundreds in cash and open bar settings. Similarly, providing onsite sales support can mean sharing the details of our cruises to prospective customers or assisting guests during the boarding process.
We are in the business of helping to create great memories for our guests, and to be successful, we focus on internal support and communication, as it is our team, our family, our good cheer that makes it a fun place to work and a fun place to spend one's vacation.
